Kanguva Box Office Collection: Recently released movie of Superstar- ‘Suriya’ and ‘Bobby Deol’ have a negative role in discussion among the audience, seeing the reviews and IMDb rating, the movie is not up to the mark as hype was made. The film was announced in 2019 but due to Covid-19 the project was discontinued and finally, the movie was released in 2024.
Siruthai Siva directed film, released on November 14 in theatres, and it received mixed responses from the Audiences. The total earnings from the film were not so impressing, however it managed to earn close to 150 Crore INR. Coming to the IMDb rating it’s 5.4/10 only. So it’s looking very difficult for the film to earn it’s making cost itself.

The making cost of the movie is estimated at around 300-350 Crore INR. As per reports Suriya has charged a whopping amount of 39 Crore for the movie, which is 800% Higher than Bobby Deol who has charged only 5 Crore for the film, on the other hand, actress Disha Patani has charged only 3 Crore for the flick.
If you’re curious about the Storyline of the Kanguva Movie, the drama is about the ancient and present period. Suriya who is a lead actor in the flick has played a double role. On the other hand, Lord –“Bobby”& Disha Patani have made their Kollywood debut through this movie.
The feedback from the majority of the audience, it is found that the loud sound effects and rigid background score caused major trouble for the film.
Anyhow, it has been announced by the makers that the film is to be trimmed by 12 minutes and sound issues are also supposed to be rectified, re-censored copy of the “Kanguva” film running in theatres from Monday(18th). But it feels like “No use crying over spilt milk”.
